> Manage your suppliers and customers within the Seminode network.

## Partner Management

The **Partners** tab in the app allows you to manage your suppliers and customers within the Seminode network. Build and maintain your business relationships by adding companies you work with for streamlined quoting and order management.

To add a new partner:

1. Navigate to the **[Partners <Icon icon="arrow-up-right" />](https://app.seminode.com/partners)** tab in the app
2. Click **+ Add Partner**
3. Choose how you want to connect, using the two tabs at the top of the modal:
   * <Icon icon="mail" /> **Email Connection** – enter one or more **Partner Email(s)** (e.g., `john@company.com`) and a **Company Name**. The email domain is derived from the first address you enter.
   * <Icon icon="users" /> **Find Team** – search for a company already on Seminode by name, then pick the team you want to partner with.
4. Enter a **Contact Person**
5. Optionally expand **Additional Details** to record an **Alias** and **Notes**
6. For email connections, leave **Send invitation email** on to email the partner an invite that lets them sign up directly and land already connected to you
7. Click **Add Partner**

<Note>
  Invitation emails aren't available for personal email addresses (Gmail, Outlook, and similar free providers). Partners on those addresses can still be added — they just won't receive a sign-up invite.
</Note>

### Partner Overview

The partner interface displays key information in an organized table format:

* **Created**: When the partnership was established
* **Company**: Partner company name
* **Contact**: Primary contact person
* **Domain**: Company website or email domain
* **Connection Type**: Network (on Seminode) or Email (connected over email)
* **Alias**: Your internal name for the connection, if set
* **Status**: Active or inactive

### Partner Management Options

Use the three-dot menu (⋯) on the right side of each partner row to:

* **Details**: Access comprehensive company information
* **Terms**: View and edit commercial terms — site code, region, vendor code, purchasing and billing contacts, payment terms, currency, incoterms, and rebates
* **Resend Invite**: Re-send the sign-up invitation (email partners who haven't created an account yet)
* **Activate** / **Deactivate**: Toggle whether the partnership is active
* **Remove from group**: Shown instead of Deactivate for a partner listed under a group

### Filtering

Click <Icon icon="funnel" /> **Filter** in the toolbar to filter partners by:

* **Status**: Active, Inactive, or All
* **Group**: Filter by partner group (see below)
* **Connection Type**: Email, Network, or All Partners

The button shows a count of how many filters are active, and **Clear filters** resets them.

### Partner Groups

Organize partners into named groups for easier management. Open the <Icon icon="ellipsis" /> **More options** menu in the toolbar and choose **Manage Groups** to:

* Create new groups with a name and description
* Edit or delete existing groups

Groups appear as a filter option in the partners table, letting you quickly view subsets of your network (e.g., "Preferred Suppliers", "APAC Customers").

<Tip>
  Select partners with the row checkboxes, then use the **Selected** menu in the toolbar to add them to a group or remove them from a group in bulk.
</Tip>

### Bulk Upload

Import multiple partners at once from a spreadsheet. From the <Icon icon="ellipsis" /> **More options** menu:

1. Click **Download Template** to get the correctly formatted `.xlsx` file
2. Fill in partner details
3. Click **Bulk Upload Partners** and upload the completed file (`.xlsx` or `.xls`)

### Views

The view switcher in the toolbar has three tabs:

* <Icon icon="table" /> **Table** – the default partner list described above
* <Icon icon="file-text" /> **Terms** – a full-page, consolidated view of terms across all your partners, making it easy to compare agreement details
* <Icon icon="globe" /> **Graph** – a visual diagram of your network with your team at the center, surrounded by individual partners and partner groups
