Work with a partner that uses Seminode

If one of your partners uses Seminode, you have two ways to work with them:

Respond by email

No account required. Reply from your normal business mailbox.

Request platform access

Contact Seminode if your company needs the application, API, or MCP tools.

Respond by email

Your partner may send a table in the email or an attached workbook. Each line carries a Seminode Thread ID, such as SN-K7T2MQ3XB4ZPA, that routes your response to the correct request.
  • Keep the Thread ID next to each line.
  • Reply from a business email domain your partner has registered for your company.
  • Enter both price and quantity for an initial pricing request.
  • Send order forms and other documents as PDF, not spreadsheets.

A successful reply receives no confirmation. If lines of a returned workbook could not be read, you receive an automated email with your file marked up; fix the highlighted rows and reply. See When a line needs correcting.

Request platform access

There is no public sign-up. Seminode provisions company access; connecting an email partner does not create or invite a platform account. Your email relationship continues to work without an account.
  • The application — manage listings, quotes, partners, approvals, and orders.
  • API — exchange data programmatically.
  • MCP tools — connect approved AI tools to Seminode data and workflows.
