How to Get Started
Option 1: Set Up an Account
The fastest path is an email invitation from us — it takes you straight to a sign-up page where you create your account, already connected as our partner. Just ask us to send one. You can also contact the Seminode team directly:Contact Us

- Utilize the API to ingest our data and exchange quotes at speed
- Mass export listings into CSV or XLSX to upload into your systems
- Mass import quotes to respond to multiple of our listings at once
Option 2: Communicate via Email
Prefer to stick with your current workflow? No problem! You can continue to communicate with us via our shared email, and we’ll use Seminode to handle the data entry on our side. When you quote by email, each line we send you carries a Seminode Thread ID — a unique reference identifying that specific request between the two of us (e.g.SN-8F3KQ2WPT9XNA). Return the Seminode Thread ID alongside each quote you send back (keep it next to the line in your reply or file). That’s how we match your quote to the right request automatically, no matter how many lines are in one email. As long as the Seminode Thread ID is included, there’s no limit on the number of lines you can quote in a single reply.
The Seminode Thread ID is the only thing you need to preserve — you don’t have to keep our formatting or reply in the same email thread. One Seminode Thread ID identifies one request between the two of us, so quoting the same part for a different request will have its own ID.
