Overview

Reference Data lets you upload internal data tables — such as cost files, contact lists, or material mappings — that Seminode uses to match against incoming listings and enrich your quoting workflows.

Uploading Data

  1. Click Upload Data in the toolbar
  2. Select a .xlsx or .csv file
  3. Configure column mappings to map your file headers to Seminode’s standard fields
  4. Confirm and upload
Once uploaded, the table appears in your reference data list.

Managing Tables

The main view shows all uploaded reference data tables. Click into a table to browse its data with column-level detail. Use the delete action to remove tables you no longer need.

Data Matching

When processing incoming listings, Seminode can match against your reference data to surface internal costs, contacts, or other mapped fields. Configure matching behavior through Settings → Mappings .
