After creating your company account, you’ll be guided through a setup wizard:- Company Profile — set your display name, website, description, and upload a logo
- Connect Email — connect an Outlook or Gmail inbox for quote monitoring (optional, can be skipped)
- Invite Team — send email invitations to team members (optional, can be skipped)
- Pricing — select your plan and billing cycle
- Setup Complete — confirmation and redirect to the app
Authentication Options
Seminode supports multiple authentication methods:- Email and password — standard login
- Single Sign-On (SSO) — enterprise SSO via your identity provider
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) — optional TOTP-based MFA for additional security, configurable in Settings > Company
