Overview

The Network Feed is a live window into the nodes you are connected to via Querying Connections . It continuously streams listings (supply and demand) from those nodes, giving you real-time visibility into materials, pricing, and availability across your trusted network. This means the feed isn’t a global marketplace — it’s scoped to the companies and nodes you’ve established querying connections with. The result is a live, tailored view of opportunities that are relevant to your business. The feed is organized into three views:
  • Not Actioned – new listings you haven’t interacted with yet
  • Actioned – listings where you’ve already taken action (e.g., quoted, countered, or responded)
  • All – the complete history of listings available through your connections
You can further refine the feed with date range filters or by subscribing to specific companies.

Listings Table

Each row in the feed represents a listing coming directly from one of your connected nodes. Key fields include:
  • Created – when the listing was posted
  • Company – who published the listing
  • Material No – part number or internal code
  • Manufacturer (MFR) – part manufacturer
  • Quantity (QTY) – available or requested amount
  • Price – listed unit price
  • Timing – expected delivery or availability window
  • Type – supply or demand
  • Source – the node or partner where the listing originated
From here, you can select listings, filter them, or export for offline review.

Quoting Listings

To take action on a listing:
  1. Select the material(s) you want to respond to.
  2. Click Quote Listing.
  3. A side panel will appear with the full listing details.
  4. Enter your quote information:
    • Quantity
    • Unit Price (AI-assisted benchmarks included)
    • Timing (e.g., immediate, 14 days, 4 weeks)
    • Message (optional note to counterpart)
  5. Submit the quote to send it back to the publishing company.
Why it matters: This creates structured, auditable negotiations directly in Seminode — eliminating messy back-and-forth via email.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions let you filter the live feed down to the companies and nodes you specifically care about. Steps to manage subscriptions:
  1. Open the Subscriptions menu in the feed.
  2. Enable the Feed Filter to only show subscribed listings.
  3. Add companies by entering their Public Key and clicking + Add.
  4. Refresh to apply changes.
Why it matters: Subscriptions ensure your feed reflects only high-value opportunities, not everything available from every connection.
