Overview

The Listings page is the central view of the material data you’ve published to your nodes — every supply or demand list you post, organized as batches.

Batch Table

All posted lists are organized as batches. The batch table shows each list’s name, creation date, and event (listing) count. Toggle between active and archived batches, and page through with the pagination controls. Click into a batch to view its individual listing events.

Batch Actions

Use the menu on a batch to:
  • Send via Email — send the batch’s listings as an Excel attachment (see Send Listing Files)
  • Email History — review previous sends for the batch, including recipients and timestamps
  • Archive — move the batch out of your active list without deleting it
  • Delete — permanently remove an archived batch and its listings from your nodes
You can archive an active batch at any time. Delete is only available once a batch is archived, so removing data is always a deliberate, two-step action.

Create from Reference Data

Click Create from Reference Data to turn rows from an uploaded reference table into listings. Search your reference sets, select records from a single set, set the listing type, and add them to your RFQ basket — from there you can send an RFQ without a re-upload. See Send RFQs.

Events Table

Inside a batch, the events table shows each individual listing event with full material details and pagination. Select one or more rows to act on specific listings — most importantly, to Send RFQ.

Send Listing Files

There are two ways to share your listings with partners, depending on what you want to send.

Send as Excel Attachment (whole batch)

From the batch menu, choose Send via Email to send the batch’s listings as an .xlsx attachment:
  1. Pick an email template or compose manually
  2. Add recipients — search your partners, partner groups, or enter emails
  3. Review the auto-filled subject and message (template variables like company name are substituted automatically)
  4. Preview the attachment, then Send Email
Use this to distribute a full list — for example, sharing available supply or a demand forecast with a group of partners.

Send RFQs

There are two ways to request quotes from partners.

From a batch

Open a batch, select the listing rows you want in the events table, and click Send RFQ:
  1. Choose an email template (RFQ templates are the share_listings type)
  2. Select recipients — external partners or partner groups
  3. Review the generated subject (defaults to RFQ — {batch name}) and message
  4. Send RFQ

From reference data

Build an RFQ straight from a reference table — no batch required. Choose Create from Reference Data, select records, set the listing type and any private fields, and add them to your RFQ basket. Open the basket to review and send the RFQ. Either way, recipients receive your selected listings as a request for quote and can respond directly. Their responses flow back into your Inbox as quotes, where you can compare, counter, and accept them.
Send via Email shares a whole batch as a file; Send RFQ targets the specific listings you select and opens a quoting thread. Reach for RFQ when you want prices back, not just to distribute data.
